Gilles Daigneault from Granby, Québec, Canadai very much like your photos keep up the good work 25 Jul 2007 5:40am @Gilles Daigneault: Thanks for your comment, much appreciated. I'll certainly keep on taking photos of people. That's fun ;-) ColNed Pictures from Amersfoort, NetherlandsNice shot Dee, very nice work, great composition. 25 Jul 2007 6:55am Dimitrios from ATHENS, GreeceIf I say that this is a SUPER SHOT, will you try to reduce smoking veronika I? 25 Jul 2007 7:12am @Dimitrios: We shall see ;-) Thanks for your comment! Seraphine from San Francisco, United StatesI love freckles. Smoking not so much, but the photo is amazingly attractive nonetheless. You know you it works when you can overcome prejudices like mine against smokers, enough to say "sexy photograph." 25 Jul 2007 1:00pm @Seraphine: Thanks a lot for your comment, Seraphine! Ralf from D-57439 Attendorn, GermanyVon der Nicht-/Raucherdiskussion mal abgesehen. Das ist ein absolut gut gemachtes Portrait. Das gefällt mir ausgezeichnet. Bildaufteilung und Schärfe sind echt klasse. 25 Jul 2007 2:06pm Helgi from Montclair, United StatesThat is a a very cool picture! Love it! You doi`n good...:-) 25 Jul 2007 4:41pm Nadine from Montréal, CanadaSo great, I love it and all of your work by the way, so simple and punching ! Bravo ! 26 Jul 2007 2:59am Henry from Boston, United StatesAs I read above I was struck by the negative comments regarding the smoking. While I am against smoking and I do not want to breath in someone else's smoke, I must disagree with those comments. A portrait captures a person's visage. A great portrait captures a person's visage and personality. Here you have done this excellently. The cigarette and the act of smoking it relay important information regarding the subject. What makes this a great portrait is the smoking. It is engaging and a little provocative. Excellent portrait. 3 Apr 2008 12:17pm |
